This App contains a four-part program with a straight-forward, “fitness-style” approach. No fancy “yogi” attitude, instead you’ll get easy-to-understand descriptions of body position and movement. The first section is a solid introduction to yoga — breath, posture awareness and mental focus. Then it’s a graceful, flowing series of mostly sun-salutation-based standing poses. That’s followed by balance work that includes some challenging one-legged positions. It all ends with a soothing sequence of floor stretches — the perfect way to finish your workout.
